Director & Shareholder's Representative

Jake is a qualified Chartered Surveyor MRICS and started in the industry in general practice for Colliers International. 

 

In 2011, Jake joined Watson & Cox working within our property development and investment sister companies, where he manages a portfolio of investment properties and delivers residential schemes.  Jake acts as the shareholder representative, assisting with the strategic direction of the business.

Outside of work, Jake is married and has three girls, who ensure he is never left without anything to do.  A keen runner, Jake now helps with the training of the juniors at Northampton Saints Hockey Club.
